Customer Service Portal
|
The GPRS Customer Service Portal provides our customers with a detailed real-time view of their GPRS operation.
All billing data is live, allowing corporate GPRS customers to check their current on-line SIMs, to-date usage, historical usage patterns and network health from a single web-based portal.
This supports customers from the initial application development phase, and provides extra functionality for the rapid solution of operational issues after going into full deployment. We provide detailed usage and financial reporting to assist our customers in easily monitoring their usage so that they can rapidly test and deploy new mobile applications without being left in the dark as to what operational costs will be. This gains the customer's trust as currently other GPRS providers are reluctant to provide any detailed usage reports at all, and when pushed, provide them on a CD in text format weeks or months after the billing period has ended. This simple service has proved to be very helpful in acquiring competitor's corporate GPRS users. |
Users and Logging inA Corporate GPRS customer may have as many authorized portal users as required.

This Graph together with customer specific reports, helps quickly identify network problems, and prevents loss of credibility and reputation due to off-site reliability problems like Turk Telekom network or customer server issues.

Customer Specific GraphsThere are two major components in this section. First is the online users graph, which is used for discovering abnormal usage patterns as mentioned before, and networks connectivity graphs which optionally monitor the reliability and response time of customer's application servers. This is particularly useful for customers who host their production servers on the same WAN connection that they use for corporate internet access slow or unreliable network response due to heavy internal internet usage is often misidentified as a GPRS reliability issue.
